Precise alignment between electrophysiological recordings and anatomical location is essential for interpreting brain-wide neural data. To support this, the International Brain Laboratory developed a graphical user interface (GUI) that enables researchers to align Neuropixels probe trajectories with histological data in a standardized and intuitive way.
